June 18, 2013 – The Journey of Life

This is a wonderful way to use the waste that you produce in your home. If you add it to your garden it provides nutrients, and other things that your plants need. It also makes good mulch for your plants. I would have to agree that people waste too much and many people do not think about these types of things that could conserve the waste that their family produces. My family has decided to recycle, and use the waste to help reduce the waste that we have in our family. I have written an article about wasteful people called Decadent Americans although it has not received many hits I am still proud about voicing my opinion about the subject.

Amen! You know just about everything that you see on television has something or all of these things in the outlining of their message to the consumer’s. What is the world coming to? I do not understand the way people think about the world that we live in. They think that everything is fine and this is what our children are learning about. This is why I restrict television in my home because my children do not need to see some of these things that they show on television. They need to know the important things and nothing else.

It seems one can hardly watch television anymore without the bombardment of profanity, sexual content, violence, and wizardry of some sort –and that’s just the commercials! Fifty years ago such immoral content would have been considered too scandalous to be aired on live TV! Yet, today, such programs are not only watched, but promoted and encouraged. Where has America gone?!
