Heading to Camp (NaNoWriMo)

Well I might need to up my game on writing. However, I write at most 100,000 words a year. Now, if I could just write all the time I would be able to write this much in one month.

My Writing Diary

30 days. 50,000 words.

Sounds familiar, doesn’t it? To some writers, this is the credo of NaNoWriMo, the international event that takes place every November. But what if you’re unable to do this in November? What if you’re unable to dedicate your November to writing 1,667 words every day?

WELL HAVE NO FEAR!

This is Camp NaNoWriMo. Camp NaNoWriMo is a two-month event — once in April and once again in August — with the same heart and soul of the original NaNoWriMo.

But why am I writing about this? Because starting on April 1, I will be participating in the first Camp NaNoWriMo session. I already have my cabin, and am already conversing with my cabin mates. I am absolutely ready for April 1 to come around so I can start writing!
