Positive Encouragement


You are right! Everyone needs motivation from time to time… When you have a strong leader that people respect they do not mind doing anything that is asked of them. I try to be a good leader and if I am not willing to do the work myself then I will not ask anyone else to do it. You have to be positive and help other’s achieve their goals in the workplace. Motivation, and encouragement is something that needs to be established in any workplace. Many people do not have the motivation or leadership skills they need to be successful in the workplace. I believe that giving praise, saying thank-you, good job, and coaching when something is not done right are the main keys to having a good relationship with your employee’s….
