You will earn the respect that you deserve. If you are just yourself instead of trying to act like something your not you will not get the respect.
In order, to obtain respect from others you must prove to them that you are the leader of the pack. One way that you know that you have obtained respect in the world is when your employee’s, co-worker’s, family or friends know that you mean business. They also know that you are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Many young people do not respect anyone that they work for and they show it by their attitudes, and lack of work ethic in the workplace. This also stems from poor leadership in the home. She has worked for many places, and in the fast food industry you see young people. Having a good attitude makes you different from the crowd because you are the one that the light shines down on. Sometimes, this makes others jealous, and they tend to become a problem as time goes on. You know when people are happy to see your smiling face that means that they appreciate the work that you do, your work ethic, and your ability to accomplish things. You cannot be afraid to speak up when something is going wrong because the longer you let it go on the bigger the problem becomes. You should always come to work with a bright smile, good work ethic, and a positive attitude that makes the day go by quickly without problems. Many people want to know that they are appreciated for the work that they do for any job that they do within the workplace.
