Throughout our lives we have things that we say that we will never do. For years, we are told to never say never because it always comes back to us in some form or fashion.
People say that they will never have children. I was one of those people however, I ended up having some wonderful children that are my life. There is nothing that I would not do for my children. Children are precious little beings and they look up to their parents to teach them the right things to do in their life. You need to spend time with your children and teach them right from wrong. You need to teach them the important things that they will need to know when they grow up. Nothing comes easy and they need to understand that they have to work for the things that they want out of life.
They say they will never get a ticket and the minute you say this you will find yourself getting a ticket. Although there are some that manage to get out of getting a ticket for whatever reason. Other’s are not so lucky!
They will never lose their job because they believe that the company cannot make it without them. You know everyone is expendable. It does not matter how long you have worked for a company. You just like everyone else are expendable and this has happened without warning people are out of a job. If you are not performing the job that you were hired to do they will find someone to replace you. You cannot find a job where you can just stand around and do nothing you have to work for the things that you want out of life.
We will never run out of money. Everyone runs out of money and there is not much that you can do about it except to keep working. The money is not going to last forever although some people think that it will. These people must not know what it is to struggle for the things that they have or they would not think that the money is always going to be around.
All of these things could happen to anyone in this world. If they think that it cannot happen then there is something terribly wrong with them. People always seem to think that things like this could never happen to them and then one day it happens. Sometimes life can be cruel and uncaring. People do not understand why these things happen to good people and they try to figure out what would make someone do something so horrible. The answer’s are not there they cannot find out the reasons why people act the way that they do.
People try to give other’s the advice, comfort, and will to survive through the hard times in their life. Some take the advice, and other’s think that you are just trying to be smarter than everyone else. The younger crowd is usually the ones that do not want to take the advice because they believe that they know everything. The best part of talking to the older people is to listen to their stories, trials, tribulations, and advice that they have to give to the people in the world today.
Unfortunately, they are slowly going to a better place, which means that no one will be able to listen to their stories, advice or how they made it to where they are today. Who knows better about the trials, and triumphs than the ones that people do not want to talk to or treat with the respect that they should. I was always taught to respect your elder’s and take care of them. This is something that you do not see anymore in this world and no one seems to care about the ones that have the best stories to tell.
