In the month of May I will not be writing as much! I have to get final exam’s ready for the children. Homeschooling is not an easy task and they come first. I will try to post a few things here and there throughout this month. However, making sure that the children pass their final exams is the most important thing to me right now.
I know that everyone will understand! I am working on some articles right now but they are not finished and not ready to publish.
So here is hoping that the children pass their final exams and move onto the 10th grade!!!!!
I commend you for homeschooling. It sounds like you do it correctly. Many don’t. Your children are blessed! You will be missed! 🙂

I try to take pride in their education and tell them that they need one to make it in the world today! Many people tell me that they do not have the time to make sure that their children have an education. Because they want those hours of having no children around for their own benefit. Thank you for your comment! 🙂

You’re welcome! 🙂
As a former public school teacher, I’ve heard the same. I’ve inherited students who were home-schooled and couldn’t read. I’ve also inherited students home-schooled who were way ahead of the game. If done correctly, it’s a wonderful thing to do. 🙂

You’re a hero for homeschooling. Patience is one of my problems, I can barely get through homework with my son without getting annoyed, especially at the end of a long work day. See you when you return. Best of luck with everything.

Believe me the first two years were not pretty! It took a while to get their heads into learning at home. They thought since they were at home they could do what they wanted! Wrong!!!! Mom and Dad made sure that they did their work. Now, the third year got easier and we will be going into the fourth year of homeschooling and they are all in the ninth grade. The best part is that when I come home and check their work I do not have to take out my red pen at all!!!!!
