What you do in your life is your choice however if you do not have the inspiration to make something of yourself, and your family you have no one to blame but yourself. When I look at my family they are all the inspiration that I need to make the choices for our life. It is because of them that I have turned out the way that I have.
Without having dreams or aspirations in your life you are not going to get anywhere. You have to look toward the future. If you come across a roadblock work through it, and make it a necessary obligation to make it through the problems that you are having. Earning respect from others is something you have to work for and you have to be an example to others around you in order to receive the respect that you deserve.
You cannot lose faith because something will come around when you least expect it to. I personally, want more out of my life. I want to be able to buy the things that I want however; it is not in the cards right now. I would love to be able to go out and pamper myself with all the luxuries that many people have these days. I have no problem with not having these things because that is something that is a material thing. It does not put food on the table, gas in the car, pay the rent or even pay the bills. You have to prioritize your life to the most important things. Everything else after that is icing on the cake.
You know when I stop and think about the things that I do not have and the things that I cannot have right now. I look at the things that I have at that moment and it changes everything that I was thinking about because I know that I will come to that point in my life where I will not have to worry about the little things anymore.
Yes! I want to own my own business one day! However, in order to get experience you have to work just as hard as your manager does and prove yourself. Owning a business is not an easy task, and it takes money lots of it! It also takes many hours of working so that you make your business a success. With persistence, and the desire to learn you can accomplish anything that you want in your life. You have to be willing to work anytime, anywhere, and be there when you business needs you to work.
Throughout the past six years I have had people ask me why I am working where I am with a Master’s Degree. You know what I say to them you have to start somewhere, and prove yourself. You have to make it for yourself and prove to others that you are a leader. That you can do anything that you put your mind to otherwise you will not get anywhere that you want to be in your life. I love the job that I do and sometimes it can be hectic, and stressful however, that is a part of life.
You cannot just sit around and do nothing because that is not going to get you anywhere in your life. You have to fight for what you want; you have to work for the things that you want out of life. You cannot take the easy road because you will fail just because you took the easy road. You cannot give up on the things that you want out of life because once you give up then it is your entire fault for not pursuing the dreams, and aspirations that you wanted out of your life.
Go for your dreams! This is something that I try to instill into my children because no one is going to just give you what you want out of life. You have to make a decision that you are going to work hard for what you want. I try to be a inspiration to my children because who else are they going to hear it from? The people who want to see you succeed in everything that you do in your life.
Yes for the most part in the line of work that I do they tell me when I am doing a good job, and they tell me when I mess up. That is all part of working for other people they should tell you and coach you if your are doing something the wrong way. I believe giving praise to those who do a good job! Just a simple thank-you, your doing a great job, keep up the good work, and other things like that to keep your employee’s motivated in the job that they are doing.
