The Start of Your Day
A beautiful summer day, when you arrive home from work you sit back and enjoy the beautiful array of flowers, your garden, maybe you sit down and watch a little television. Knowing that you have a house to clean, a yard to work in, and many other things that need to be done. However, when you get home from your long day you just want to sit back and take it easy for a little while. The sun is shining bright today and there is not much wind coming through. The coolest part of our yard is under our carport because the breeze that comes through is wonderful.
The Children at Work
The children working in the yard after pulling weeds out of the garden. The numerous blooms on the cucumber, squash, tomato, jalapenos, bell peppers, and zucchini plants give you a warm feeling that soon you will have vegetables from the hard work that you have put into your garden. The flowers in the front yard are bright with beautiful colors. Yellow, Red, and pink flowers all around your home. Maybe you have a fire in the fire pit to start your night off in the right way. Depending on how the wind is blowing decides if you can so that nothing happens when you start the fire.
Admiring the Scenery
Watching the many vibrant colors of dragonflies as they fly around looking for food, a mate, or just someplace to take a rest. The sounds of the birds nesting in the beautiful heritage oak trees surrounding the road that you live on. The hawks in the front yard taking care of their young. The other morning as they were sitting in the Florida room the male hawk came flying through looking around to find some food for his young. On the way back to the nest after finding some food for the little ones you could see the female hawk tearing the meat off of the food for their young. An awesome sight for anyone to watch first thing in the morning as the sun is just rising over the trees.
