It appears that she has stumbled on not sticking to her writing schedule as she wished. However, things always seem to get in the way when it comes to doing things you want to do. Life gets in the way, and sometimes you cannot meet all the goals that you set out to do. You try to complete everything you have to do in a day, and it never works out that way. The holidays are the busiest time for managers across the world. Management has to cover shifts because people call out all the time sometimes; for the craziest reasons.
The last month of the year is upon us and means the busier stores will be during the holidays. It is crazy, especially with all that is going on in the world today. You know you are tired of hearing about all the bad stuff in the world today you; shut off your television or turn on some crazy show. You never hear anything good when you first turn on the news. The best part of the news is the weather. At the end of the holiday season, every person posts how they survived the holidays. They made it through another year of working their behinds off to make every moment count. She wonders! Sometimes if things will never get to normal again, that is what it feels like every day. Although, we all keep going day by day.
Wake up smiling and go to bed smiling. It is the only way to make it through the day. Life is too short to be walking around all day with a frown on your face. Your customers do not want to see you frowning all the time.
Well, now she is sitting here writing today and thinking maybe she needs to change the time of when she writes because sometimes you do not get home until late in the afternoon by, the time you arrive home she is ready to relax for the evening. In reality, when you stop and think about things you want to do in your life, you find that you want more out of life. The joy’s of life walking through your front door and your furry companion has waited all day for you to walk through those doors. Sham is so happy to see her when she comes home from work. Well, now it is about time to sit down and relax for the rest of the evening. Five o’clock comes mighty early when you have to be at work. Although, sometimes, she thinks about how these people call in two or more days a week to afford to live and pay their bills. It is interesting, and then when you give them fewer days to follow week, they want to know why and say, “Oh! I cannot afford to have less than 40 hours a week!”
Well, these are the thoughts going through her mind all day. With every call and text, you get throughout the day with the silliest excuses by far. You could write a book with all the excuses you receive throughout the year. People these days have so many health problems it is unreal. She does not ever remember throughout the years; working in the world people, had so many issues that would keep them out of work. What is more impressive is they expect to keep the hours they need. However, in the business world, you are running the business, and you are the one in charge. Therefore, all the decisions are yours to make when it pertains to the outcome you want out of your team.
